Our Commitment to Your Data

  • Your personal data and generated documents are never used to train our base AI models or any third-party AI models.
  • Connections made to our AI providers are stateless and ephemeral, ensuring your data is analyzed in memory and immediately discarded by the provider.

3. AI Accuracy and Hallucinations

While our systems utilize advanced prompt engineering techniques to strictly base generations on facts provided in your Master Profile, Generative AI models can occasionally produce inaccurate or embellished assertions (known as "hallucinations").

User Responsibility Warning

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers.
  • JobAssistAI is a drafting assistant, not a replacement for your professional judgment.
  • Warning: Always inspect Job Descriptions scraped from external boards before generating content to ensure no PII (Personally Identifiable Information) or sensitive data was incidentally collected.

4. Bias and Fairness

We actively attempt to minimize bias by structuring our AI prompts to focus strictly on objective skills and experiences relevant to the job posting. However, underlying models may occasionally exhibit broad societal biases. We ask users to report any outputs that appear discriminatory so we can adjust our safety filters.
