If you are on the Explorer (Free) or Quick Start plans and run out of cover letter generation credits, you can purchase one-off top-up packs without needing to subscribe to a higher, recurring tier.

Note: Add-on credits never expire. They remain in your account until you use them.

Upgrading & downgrading

Upgrading

You can upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. After your payment is confirmed, we apply your new tier and limits — usually within a minute or two. If you had previously asked to move to a lower tier and then choose to upgrade, your most recent choice applies: the earlier downgrade request is closed so your account stays easy to understand.

Downgrading & cancellations

To move to a lower tier or the free Explorer plan, open Support in your dashboard. Your plan change is scheduled for after your current billing period, and you receive a confirmation by email. Your current benefits typically stay available until that date; then your account moves to the new tier and its limits.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. We accept major credit and debit cards, and other common methods depending on your region.

What happens to my data if I downgrade to the Free plan?

Your data is completely safe. We do not delete your tracked jobs, saved resumes, or cover letters. However, your ability to generate new AI documents will be restricted to the Free tier limits (1 resume, 3 cover letters total).

I upgraded but don't see my new limits?

Please refresh your dashboard. If limits have not updated after a few minutes, contact support with the date and amount of your payment — we will be glad to help.
